Do we have any kind of messaging around GSoC this year? I see this in the February Comdev report:
### GSoC We have applied for the GSoC 2023 program and are awaiting the final update from the GSoC team on February 21, 2023. Meanwhile, we will be working on collecting project ideas from various PMCs.
