[~rbowen] we fully agree, and this UI already helps PMC chair having more time
to focus on this introspection and reflection: in my experience, reporter.a.o
has improved PMC chair content thinking and writing, then reporter.a.o is
really helping going in the right direction
but in parallel, getting PMC involved is an area where reporter.a.o has made
the process worse: that's why I'm trying to define if it's me not using the
tool as expected, or if we can improve the tool on this aspect
