I think you should watch the GSoC announcements for that. You might not realise how distributed the ASF is and how it works Tanmoy, Priya. This is not a regular "corporate" structure - each project is completely independent and each PMC applies to various programs completely on their own discretion.
The timeline to apply for participation for organisations ends at end of February: https://developers.google.com/open-source/gsoc/timeline - and which of the projects from the ASF apply is completely unknown at this stage (and since each of the projects will apply individually - the only good source of the information which project participate will be known and published by the GSoC.
