The subject is very interesting to me personally, I am not sure if I would be of much help - not much interaction with politicians and not much experience with it but if I can be of any help I am happy to travel too.
I think I could take part in the panel: Workshop 3.4 Exploring practical solutions to ensure long term sustainability of open source software This is the subject I've been exploring for quite a while, and by December I might even have some very tangible examples, use cases and concrete proposals I could discuss about. If that sounds plausible, I'd love to get in contact with the panel organizer. J.
