Hi all, tl;dr version: I'd like to start encouraging discussions related to M&P on the ComDev list since there's a lot of potential overlap and areas of collaboration. But I wanted to get consensus on that and make sure that they're not considered off-topic or unwelcome.
Longer version: While we have a press@ list we don't have a real discuss list for M&P, nor do we have a lot of community contribution to foundation-wide marketing/publicity efforts. We have some overlapping activities - like Swapnil's weekly roundups - and a lot of opportunities to do more. I'd also like to be able to have conversations about some M&P policies and the overlaps with community practices, etc. And, I don't want to create Yet Another List. I think we had a marketing@ list for a while and it fizzled. I'd rather combine efforts if it makes sense. But I want to be respectful and don't want to start nudging folks here if that'd be too much chatter or discussion on the list.
