Sam Ruby, suggested a plain text version for this round of the email. I
**think** markdown was sent out last time and it didn't look good, making
it harder to read/ understand .

If we can find a way to make all the links easy to read, let's do it. If
not, we might want to move them to an additional, external apache wiki link
page and add a single link directing readers to the additional link page.
