Hi [~panjuan] ,

I am Everly , a pre- final year computer science and engineering student from
SRM University, India. I am really interested in contributing to Shardingsphere
and this project in particular. I am a part of the Openforce 2022 event and I
have already contributed 6 PRs to Shardingsphere. I'm still trying to get
familiar with the tests by actively picking up issues and solving them.

I would like to be more active in the community. I'm a part of the slack group,
is there any other community spaces I should be a part of?

Also Is there anything else additional you would recommend me to get started
with? or should I proceed to contribute to issues similar to what I have been
doing?

My PRs:

Hoping to hear from you.

> *Apache ShardingSphere*
> Apache ShardingSphere is positioned as a Database Plus, and aims at building
> a standard layer and ecosystem above heterogeneous databases. It focuses on
> how to reuse existing databases and their respective upper layer, rather than
> creating a new database. The goal is to minimize or eliminate the challenges
> caused by underlying databases fragmentation.

> h3.  Background
> ShardingSphere parser engine helps users parse a SQL to get the AST (Abstract
> Syntax Tree) and visit this tree to get SQLStatement (Java Object). At
> present, this parser engine can handle SQLs for `MySQL`, `PostgreSQL`,
> `SQLServer`, `openGauss` and `Oracle`, which means we have to understand
> different database dialect SQLs.
