[~tison], the original idea probably was to provide a ratio with denominator
and nominator less than 10. That way makes the value of the ratio easy to
estimate. Ratio like 27:17 is not easy without a calculator. This is my
guess. Thanks.
BTW, just saw a typo in the description in this JIRA -- "26/17" should be
"27/17".
