Thanks a lot for providing the Board Report Wizard
([https://reporter.apache.org/wizard/])! It is a great tool which helps save a
lot of time.
I notice that the Committer-to-PMC ratio computed by the tool may not give the
best ratio. For example, in
[https://reporter.apache.org/wizard/statistics?ratis] ,
- There are currently 27 committers and 17 PMC members in this project.
- The Committer-to-PMC ratio is roughly 7:5.
We have 26/17 = 1.588 and 7/5 = 1.4. A better ratio is 8/5 = 1.6.
