If the service is (probably) going to die, we should (at least) add a README to the related SVN directory to ensure, that new persons know, that adding something there has no effect. In addition, I also agree with sebb. The process should include some sort of disclaimer to ensure that a committer fully understands what happens with the data provided (and that the internet archives may never forget entered (personal) data).
