I don't know if we have our website up and the process completely ready but we're several months away. What I would suggest working on now is defining projects to advertise for students. Remember that this year there are 1/2 the number of hours. And I would look for mentors on your project and get them approved. That's probably about it for right now and then watch for the announcement for applications.
