Great! I love the penguin Jon Does especially. Indeed this is exactly what I thought about :). I think it is important to dive deeper in each of the values/concepts from the Apache Way. Ideally with some examples from real experiences of the people talking about it - and different people should IMHO take turns in explaining different values.
Also as Tomek mentioned, It would be great to have this all somehow visualised (icons). It would make it much more "sticky" for the audience.
