Hi,

I would like to take this task for GSoC proposal. I will research more about
KEDA, although never used it before. I have experience with Docker, multiple
replica architectures, Java. I will submit more in details the architecture for
this proposal. Please guide me more about this task. Thank you so much.

> h3. Context
> KEDA allows for fine-grained autoscaling (including to/from zero) for
> event-driven Kubernetes workloads. KEDA serves as a Kubernetes Metrics Server
> and allows users to define autoscaling rules using a dedicated Kubernetes
> custom resource definition. KEDA has a number of “scalers” that can both
> detect if a deployment should be activated or deactivated, and feed custom
> metrics for a specific event source. In this topic, you need to implement the
> RocketMQ scalers.
