projects.a.o is in dire need of updating, as evidenced by the many responses I 
received this morning following https://s.apache.org/21stAnniversary 
("milestone anniversaries" has since been updated)

None/most of the Jakarta projects are represented properly. Need to find a 
better way to represent this.
