sure ... actually informing the Board was the first thing I did as I thought
that's where it belonged and I was asked to bring it here.
But happy to open legal tickets for each agreement. That was the information I

If the are agreements to agree to, I'd *strongly* recommend you get them
reviewed by the legal committee before signing them.
