Hi Everyone,
Now that the committee is formed, I would like us to work together to
establish the values we want to use to finalize our strategy and the
goals we want to achieve as a team.
I realized this important step was missing when I tried to refine the
strategy and even prioritize budget requests. The Diversity & inclusion
topic is so broad and there is so much we can do that we should
stay focused, and so we need to know who we are and
what we want to achieve before we define tasks and set priorities.
Deciding what objective to tackle first will set us up for success.
I created this Jira to capture values and define a mission for the committee,
please participate by answering this two questions:
1) What are the 5 core values you’d like the committee to live by?
Order your list, starting by the value it’s most important for you.
2) What would you like the committee's mission to be?
Write 1 sentence, a good practice is to state a purpose and a means to achieve
it.
