If we (as the ASF) will participate in GSoD We need to create idea list According to my GSoC experience this should be 0) task for tech writer (I believe "meritocracy" angle will NOT fit here) 1) something very specific, i.e. NOT "things that the Foundation writes" and NOT "bunch of Infra writing" 2) it should be something "measurable" i.e. tech writer should be able to make plan of the whole summer work before actual work will be started
