+1 to OSCON and Open Source Summit. I am also organizing an Open Source Summit in Mexico and I'd love for us to participate in Festival del Software Libre. This is an event organized by the Linux Foundation and its international committee. I'm happy to take on the organization of the Mexico events, and would love to be part of the organizing committee for OSCON.
