Description:
If you search for tasks in Help Wanted (specifically, I searched for Java
tasks) none are found. (there were a couple dozen the last time I checked, and
I put in a few that definitely haven't been closed)
To reproduce:
1) Go to [Help Wanted|https://helpwanted.apache.org/].
2) Click "I want to help out!"
3) Click "Programming and Development"
4) Select "Java" and click the "Find me something to do" button
UPDATE: It appears that the elastic search with all the old tasks has been
erased, because when I add a new task it's visible.
