Hi, Kevin;
I have about 40 minutes all said and done. I plan to just lightly
touch on several of the slides and spend most of the time on slides
12-15. This is where I'd talk about what things like, "What DOES
'community over code' mean?", why we use mailing lists, as well as a
little history about how it came to be. To be honest, I intentionally
front-loaded those topics to be sure they get some air time agreeing
with your statement that there's a lot to fit into a short period of
time :-)

I just wanted to share this for additional eyes and feedback. This is
a
much-needed modernization of an older The Apache Way presentation I
put
together circa '15.

I plan to give this talk next week at OSSummit, assuming no glaringly
bad mistakes were made:

As always, feedback/patches welcome.
