Based on past events, having 6 tracks for 500 people seems like the right
goal. Additionally we need an expo area for 15 sponsors, an open hackathon
area, and press/meeting rooms.

Having a 2020 venue nailed down now would be great. Is 2019 a possibility
or is it too late for that?
