I think such a service needs an owner, which should be a group of
people, and I'm not sure if we currently have that.
If we don't, I suggest suspending website, keeping the URL but
redirecting to an explanations page until someone shows up to take
care of it.
Related, when we have responded to them (there's been about 3 of us that
have ever responded to them) I have never, ever, even once, seen any
kind of actual follow-through, nor anything actually accomplished.
I think that this was a great idea, but simply hasn't panned out.
