Hi,

I talked with Mara Marzocchi and Viviana Cristini from Codemotion and they
sent me a document with some reserved fees for us for joining their events
in different ways: desk, track and keynote and other optional stuff.

The next event will be held here in Rome and they would like our presence
at least with the desk, there is no much time for arranging sessions
because the event is in April. For the next one in Amsterdam we could have
the opportunity to have a keynote if we want but I don't know if our budget
fits with these fees.

I don't know where to share with all of you this document, I mean I think
that it can't be shared in a public way and I think that we should evaluate
these fees together but in a private way. They also said to me that it is
possible, eventually, to ask for more discount for any of their packages
because they would like to start this journey with us involving the
Foundation in a deep way.

I have just sent this document to Sharan and please let me know what you
think.
Thank you.

Cheers,
PJ
