Hi (comdev PMC members in particular),

The Maturity Model at [1] is an important document (at least in my
view) that we need to carefully manage, to make sure that we agree on
its contents and that we can manage and if needed revert changes in a
convenient way.

Recent commits change a few unrelated things in the same commit, I
think we should avoid that and treat this document as we do with
important code: stick to commits that change a single thing and
discuss larger changes here before committing them.

No harm done, just wanted to make sure we agree on the importance of
that document. I know its importance is a bit controversial at least
in the Incubator and that's probably a good thing: it means it's
opinionated ;-)
