Hi All Thanks everyone for your feedback and comments. The general consensus is that people would like us to have them, so let's plan to introduce the use of Apache Community Business Cards.
We have two proposed formats that are both good, so people can have a choice as to which format they prefer to use. As guidance, I'd suggest that the business card format supplied by Sally is the standard format to be used with your Apache role only (e.g. Committer, VP Apache Foo, etc) and I've already seen a few of these cards in use by foundation officers. The alternative MOO format supplied by PJ could be, a bit more flexible and used as a general community business card. So it could have your Apache role, job title or job specialisation (e.g. Java Developer, Committer Apache Foo etc ) So what's next? For the ASF Role Business Cards, Ted has created a few formats including psd, svg and ai versions that are editable. So simply copy the file and add your details, then order your cards. https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/download/attachments/74685392/ASF-card-standard.svg?api=v2 https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/download/attachments/74685392/ASF-card-standard.ai?api=v2 https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/download/attachments/74685392/ASF-card-standard.psd?api=v2 The MOO Community Cards, will take a little more coordination as we want to give everyone access to the standard format so they can create and order their own version of the card. I'm currently talking to MOO about what we need to do to get this setup. https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/download/attachments/74685392/Apache%20Community%20Card%20-%20generic.pdf?api=v2 As soon as I have an update, I will let you know.
