Hi all, The Apache Tomcat project has started to organise some small project level events (conferences, workshops, etc.)
I've created some wiki pages to explain how we organised them and how we went about managing the finances to minimise (to zero) the financial risk to both the organisers and the ASF. Hopefully this is a model that other projects could replicate / adapt for their own use. Happy to answer questions.
