Although the description is new, we have already been doing this (producing tools, processes and advice) so why not make this very clear to people. I really like the idea that we could actually produce tools. In fact I think we already have some but haven't created, consolidated or released them in the way that other projects have. (Perhaps that could be another discussion...)
