Hey Mark I am new the list how can new users to the list kind of catch up or
choose a project to help with? I am a little lost on how to join in or lend a
helping hand, if you could offer any directions I can point to that would help
me some, in all humbleness just inquiring.

I am pleased to say that the (entirely volunteer) moderators dealt with
this in less than 20 minutes.
Unsubscribing and blocking a user is an unusual action but one that
moderators of Apache lists can and will take when necessary.

which includes contact details should anyone ever need assistance with a
code of conduct related issue.
