Nick & I pulled together some marketing information we can start to use to promote the concept of bringing an Apache Way track to other conferences. It's in a Google Doc for now, but should get moved to the ComDev SVN in a sensible manner - so we both can work on improving different kinds of marketing content, and so we can have some stable URLs to hand out to people.

Some decks are beautiful when presented, but really don't mean anything unless the original speaker is presenting them. We have enough interest that providing more source data, and tips for other speakers to present can be an important way to increase the impact of our decks. Also, much like Rich is working on the Hamburg event, we need to have some specific plans and coordination for outreach to some other events.
