Sounds like a great idea and perhaps this could be our apachecon EU?  With some 
funding and backing and minimal costs to attendees?  

Don't want to ruin your idea either but I do not know what a holocracy or 
Alexanderplatz.  So I am just throwing ideas out and will look at your survey!
