Niclas Hedhman then went on to say:

It took me five minutes to find a bunch of peer-reviewed papers
concluding just that. Please don't strawman this particular point again.

I kindly request that you stop posting your objections to this list.
We get that you don't want anything to do with diversity initiatives.
Let those who are interested in it get on with it. All you are doing
is pouring water on other people's motivational fires. It is measurably
*against* the ASF's best interest to do so.

Your responsibility, as an ASF Member, is to welcome people of all walks
of life to the projects in which you are involved and help them become
