I have a friend who has actually been doing this himself, as well.

Lots of overlap between Joe's list, but I saw at least one that isn't already captured there (Arrow).

From my understanding of the task...

- You can create a text file listing all the Twitter accounts in the reply to
this thread (and add additional ones you might find). In some cases, you might
even be able to include contact people for the accounts (i.e. those that
replied here).

- You can create an issue in JIRA in the INFRA project where you attach that
file and request that it be added to some place in SVN

- You can write a mail to Sally Khudairi asking her to set up a twitter list in
the @theasf account based on your text file

*Difficulty: * Beginner - This is an easy task that anyone can get started
on
*Task type:* Marketing and Publicity
*Additional information:* https://twitter.com/theasf

Accumulate all of the ASF projects that have Twitter accounts, and create a
Twitter List, attached to @theASF, of these projects.

* Create doc to track these (in svn?) and who is responsible for each
* Work with Sally to create the initial list and keep it updated
* Possibly create discussion list where sample/recommended tweets can be
pushed out to the people responsible for these accounts
