Measurement, in aggregate, is something the Foundation could do if it wants to make this a central issue. I don't think I'd even want to drill down the census by project level, however. That would not be beneficial. Only providing aggregate numbers to remind people of the importance and benefit of diversity, and stimulate more of the meaningful individual and project outreach.
