The files themselves are (or will be over the next few hours) at http://feathercast.apache.org/podcasts/ApacheConNA2016/RAW/ Please follow the instructions to the letter, so that we don't waste time/bandwidth/patience. Also, BEFORE YOU START, make sure that you have a place where you can upload the finished product. The files are too large to email, so you must be able to upload them to somewhere that I can get to.
