Hi folks, FOSDEM is hastily approaching, and as mentioned, we have a stand this year \o/.
It is located in the K building on level 2, and setup will start on Saturday at 9:00 sharp. I really hope people will be able to help out then and there. Tear-down will be on Sunday at 17:00-17:30 where we'll pack up our things again. I have added some tentative 'office hours' for the various projects interested in having a presence at the stand, 3-4 hours for each project. Please check out our wiki page[1] and see if the time slots fit or not, and if not, do let me know. As for swag, that is pending some ping-pong between me, sally and melissa (as well as some shipping deadlines). While we definitely will have something, it will likely not be enough for everyone, so please don't hand out everything at once - there are a LOT of visitors at FOSDEM, and the K building is possibly the most visited one :) Stay tuned - I'll have more updates as we approach FOSDEM.
