The reporter/projects VM needs a reboot. Partly because the MOTD says so, but mainly so the system daemons can finally pick up the TZ change that was made a while ago.
Some log files still show times according to the original TZ, which was 8 hours adrift. This is quite confusing. Any objections if I do the reboot later today?
