mod_autoindex: HeaderName directive is incompatible with regex in Directory, should at least be documented

On page http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.2/mod/mod_autoindex.html

discovered that the same is true for "HeaderName". Probably
this also applies to "ReadmeName". I suggest that the documentation
of all concerned Apache versions be amended by copying the
warning from "IndexIgnore" to "HeaderName" and "ReadmeName".
