http://planet.apache.org/committers/ is our 'planet' which aggregates the blogs of various Apache committers. You'll notice, over on the right, a list of names. The red line means that the blog hasn't been updated in at least 90 days. In many cases, it's been 4 or 5 years.
If you're aware of someone that regularly blogs about ASF related things, please consider updating committers.ini in https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/planet to add them. Also, take a moment to check a few of those red-lined sites, see if they're actually still there, and remove the ones that are defunct.
