Shane suggested a presentation at ApacheCon about fundraising. I've thought offering to do it, and I think there's great potential, but it'd be MUCH better as a keynote, as the intent is to show the audience how they can help. That could form a part of the first, or last of your above options. I'm happy to help prepare, to speak, or whatever, as is needed or not. Upayavira
