the cheap solution of this, is to have an audit marker (typically a button on the mike), and then ask the speaker to press the button at every slide change. That way it is easy to synchronize audio/presentation afterwards. We could also consider having a fixed (unmanned) video recording in each room, that would make everything easier. It is surely more expensive than audio only, but I have been told by a pro. that the difference is less than 20%. just my 2ct. jan I.
