I think the difference is that committer index is more like official
list that comes from the apache svn/ldap while committers and list_m
is more from committers foaf (from committers/info) and is dependent
on the committer to actually create the file and provide the
information. Having said that, it might be ok to augment
committer-index with more info coming from the foafs or have a link
for that further information.
