DRAFT board report

I'd like us to keep track of items relevant to the board report 
collaboratively. I'll still take responsibility for editing and 
submitting the report.

To allow this I've created a page in our CWikie at [1] to collate board 
reports submitted and the draft for the next meeting.

Our next submission is dew this month. I've created a draft and welcome 
comments/additions/feedback.
