I guess that, after several messages of students asking for which organization and what projects ideas they could start looking for GSoC 2010, people have started a unOfficial pool about organizations planning to participate in GSoC 2010 and what ideas are going to be available. I was planning to add ASF to the pool and put a link to the JIRA query created by Ross if people are ok with this...
