Installed locally from the tag using:

Apache Maven 3.9.9 (8e8579a9e76f7d015ee5ec7bfcdc97d260186937)
Maven home: /Users/ah403/software/apache-maven-3
Java version: 21.0.7, vendor: Eclipse Adoptium, runtime:
/Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/temurin-21.jdk/Contents/Home
Default locale: en_GB, platform encoding: UTF-8
OS name: "mac os x", version: "15.6.1", arch: "aarch64", family: "mac"

Updated commons parent 88-SNAPSHOT to use the new skin and installed
locally. Updated commons statistics to use the snapshot parent and built
the site. The new logo is rendered as expected and the footer
attributions are present.
