I have a few questions on Commons-digester3 jar.

The last release 3.2 was on Dec 10, 2011.
1. Is this jar EOLed ?
2. Any plan for future releases? If yes when can i expect it?
3. Do we have any other repo which has the latest release like after 2022
or 2023?
4. Is there any alternative to this jar?
5. Why are there no releases after 2011?
