Welcome. You can find all of the Commons components from the homepage [1]. Each Commons component has its own Jira tracker for issues [2]. Please look at the component you are interested in to see outstanding issues and find ideas for issues to work on. The README in the component repository (mirrored through GitHub) has a link to the relevant Jira project, e.g. [3, 4], or you can find it from the component homepage under the 'Issue Management' section [5].
