There are now separate cross-host image build and test jobs docker_images.yml - creates the Docker images and stores them in the ghcr.io package repo maven_crosstest.yml - fetches the images and uses them to build/test the code on different architectures
Some commits may cause both jobs to run at the same time. This may cause issues with the test job, but this should be a fairly rare occurrence.
