[validator]Problem with DomainValidator that kids, music, spa are intercepted but they are published by https://www.iana.org/domains/root/db

[enhancement]
current validator version: 1.7
enhancement description: Three gTLDs which are kids, music, spa are published 
by IANA(https://www.iana.org/domains/root/db）, but they are not included by 
validator since version of 1.7
problem: Since I do not have the JIRA account, I can not make a pull request to 
do this enhancement with a correct developing manner. This is the reason this 
mail issued.
