The Jira changes report will reflect changes since the last release
that were tracked with tickets that were resolved with an appropriate
resolution. But I would argue that these are not relevant for code that is
entirely new this release. The full details are in the repo commit history.
I do not see the need to pollute the changes report with a whole lot of
entries saying the bloomfilter package was changed from the initial design.
I've updated the tickets to all link to the original ticket 728. Anyone
looking at the changes report can click the link for 728, go to Jira and
then can see other tickets for details.
