I think that's a great idea, assuming as Gary pointed out that using a
MacVM for the build is legal (and I can't imagine AWS offering that service
if it wasn't).  Use the MacVM as the host OS.  Run the Mac build locally,
then run the dockerfile for the balance of the builds.  The Windows and
Linux builds can be cross-compiled.
